PALACE STATION
- Master Kim’s Wagyu House
- Korean BBQ / $$–$$$. This is brand-new at Palace Station and opened in 2026. Korean BBQ, premium cuts including Wagyu options, and a fun, energetic atmosphere. This is definitely one I’d highlight for Storm Summit guests.
- China Mama – Palace Station Casino and Resort
- Chinese / $$–$$$. This is the Palace Station location of the popular Vegas Chinese restaurant, with modern Chinese dishes, handmade dumplings and dim sum. Another excellent attendee recommendation.
- Lindo Michoacan
- Mexican / $$. A longtime Las Vegas favorite serving traditional Mexican dishes, margaritas and cocktails. Palace Station describes it as authentic gourmet Mexican.
- The Palace Station Oyster Bar
- Seafood / $$–$$$. This one is practically a Vegas institution. It’s open 24 hours, first-come-first-served, and famous for its pan roasts, gumbo, jambalaya, chowders, cioppino and oysters. The catch: it has limited counter seating and can develop a serious line.
- The Charcoal Room
- Steak & Seafood / $$$. A nice alternative for someone who wants a steakhouse without Golden Steer pricing. They have steaks, seafood, cocktails and wine, plus happy hour daily from 4:30–6:00. They even have a private dining room for up to 26.
- The Brass Fork
- American Café / $–$$. Casual comfort food for breakfast, lunch or dinner. This is another useful 24-hour option, which is particularly good for conference attendees eating at odd hours.
- They also have quick-service choices including Wingstop, Panda Express and Starbucks Coffee Company.
- Casa Don Juan Main St!
- It’s at 1204 S. Main Street, so not actually on Las Vegas Boulevard, but very close to it in the Arts District. It’s roughly 1 mile from SAHARA and a little farther from Ahern than the immediate walking-distance restaurants.
- Casa Don Juan is a longtime, family-owned Vegas Mexican restaurant — colorful, festive, very local-feeling — with handmade tortillas, margaritas, chile verde, pozole, carnitas, enchiladas, fajitas, etc. It’s much more of a full sit-down Mexican restaurant than a taco shop.
